The membership registration form came into effect with the changes to our Constitution and By-Laws in April of 2024.

Please complete this form to register your membership in the Huntley Community Association. You must be 18 years of age or over to apply for membership.

Please Note:This form is used to register one person as a member of the HCA. If you wish to register other persons who are family members and are 18 years of age or over, please repeat the process.
