HCA 2026 Annual General Meeting

You are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Huntley Community Association.

Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be available during the meeting.

Voting Requirements

Although the general public is invited to attend our Annual General Meeting, only registered HCA members can vote on motions presented during the meeting. This is a new requirement, instituted at the 2024 AGM. For more details regarding membership please see the membership proposal page from last year. You can register as a member in advance by completing the Membership Registration Form, or by applying for membership in person prior to the meeting on April 16.
