Registration for the Fall 2025 Yoga classes has now closed.

Back by popular demand, New Mat Yoga classes will be starting September 12th, and registration is now open. This class is a more challenging alternative to Chair Yoga and yet gentle enough for all ages and levels of fitness.
The one hour classes are instructed by our very experienced Cathy Gagliardi who will make suggestions to adjust the poses to match your level of flexibility. Classes are as easy or as challenging as you choose to make them. Most of all, the classes are fun!
CLASS DATES: Every Friday morning starting September 12th to November 14th
TIME: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
COST: 10 weeks for $100.00
Deadline for registration: September 5th 2025.
Equipment you need to bring: Yoga mat.
