Back by popular demand, Mat Yoga classes will be starting January 16th 2026. Registration is now open for the Winter classes. This class is a more challenging alternative to Chair Yoga and yet gentle enough for all ages and levels of fitness.
The one hour classes are instructed by our very experienced Cathy Gagliardi who will make suggestions to adjust the poses to match your level of flexibility. Classes are as easy or as challenging as you choose to make them. Most of all, the classes are fun!
Class Dates:
Fridays, starting January 16th to March 27th (no class on February 6th, reserved for the Carp Winter Carnival)
- Times: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Cost: 10 weeks for $100.00
- Deadline for registration: January 10th 2026
- Equipment you need to bring: Yoga mat
- Location: HCA Mess Hall, 2240 Craig’s Side Road
