Mess Hall Inquiry

This form is used to submit an initial inquiry regarding rental of the HCA Mess Hall. Your inquiry will be reviewed by the Mess Hall Director who will contact you shortly. If the facility is available for your preferred date and the terms are acceptable to you, the Mess Hall Director will forward the full rental application form to you for completion.
