Scrap Metal and Electronics Recycling Drive
The Huntley Community Association is once again providing local area residents with an environmentally convenient way to recycle metal waste.
Two bins will be located across from the outdoor rink at the Carp Fairgrounds.
All types of metal will be accepted including insulated wiring, batteries, and appliances that do not contain Freon or flammable liquids.
E-waste will be accepted but we ask that this be put separately in the smaller bin.(e.g. old TV’s, computers, printers, phones, etc.)
During the following periods, volunteers will be onsite for those residents who may need assistance placing their recyclable metal in the bin.
• Friday 4th – 4-6pm
• Saturday 5th – 11am-1pm and 3pm-5pm
• Sunday 6th – 11am-12pm and 3pm-5pm
